How first 0.05$ from Medium changed my writing
I’m a self-taught engineer who has started as Wordpress developer and became Technical Lead in less than decade. You might ask: why in a world I started writing on Medium? The answer is simple: I wanted to experience something new. And since my early days I was obsessed with media: I worked as a producer and news writer at online radio station, later I was developing software for biggest online publisher in Poland. So there was always something in my life, keeping me close to content publishing. And to be honest: media is one of the most vital industries I’ve ever seen. And right now you can be part of it and someday even get paid… a little.
Maybe it’s because we’re the witness of most radical change in the history of this business? Everything goes online: newspapers, magazines, radio stations, TV, books etc. Everyone has to adapt. Some people will get fired, but for many new possibilities will come up. Also for me.
